commercial shoots, and as part of our service to schools and Early
Childhood Education Centres. We know how to get the best out of your

Our service costs nothing to organise and we return 12% of the sale
price back to your centre or school. This can make a significant
contribution towards your total fundraising for the year. The more we

Primary Schools and Early Childhood Centres around the region.

So how do we work?

On the day:
One of our photographers and an assistant will arrive to take the photographs as pre-arranged. These will include:
  • group photographs
  • individual portraits
  • sibling and best friend portraits.
  • We will work to a list supplied by you that includes all the classes and individual children to be photographed (with siblings clearly labelled if applicable). We work hard to make sure no one misses out.
  • Our photographer’s assistant will work with staff to organise the children with the least amount of disruption to class time.
  • Rain is no problem; we can use our pop-up gazebo or take photos in a sheltered outdoor area.
  • We’ll bring helpful toys and props – and do our thing!
After the shoot:
  • Within 2-3 days of the shoot we’ll email through the class group photographs for you to name.
  • You reply via email with the names of the children and staff.
  • Two weeks later, we’ll put them online in a password-protected gallery so parents can view them and place their orders.
  • Six weeks after the shoot, we’ll deliver the photos to the school, packaged and labelled for easy distribution.
  • All prints come with a 5mm white border and a white card envelope as standard.
  • All photos, except the group photo, are available in both black and white, and colour, and borders can be removed if preferred.
  • Our photos of teachers are free You’ll receive one laminated print of each group for the school and one for each teacher in the group (up to a total of 6). If you requested group teacher photos, we’ll email you a high resolution file for use on your website or print as many as you need.
